The audio assignments for ds106 have intimidated me a bit more than the design or visual assignments. As a result, I started with Poetry Reading because it didn't scare me as much as others. This poem, The Country, by Billy Collins is one of my all time favorites.

I've found recording pupils poems a interesting activity in the primary classroom.
John, A friend of mine does a wonderful job recording her first graders reading poems but somehow it is still something I haven't tried. I'm not sure why. I'll have to change that this year.
